About The Job
We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Development Director to lead annual fundraising efforts and prepare for a capital campaign. This role will attract major individual and institutional donors while supervising event‑driven fundraising and managing a committed development team.
Responsibilities- Lead annual fundraising efforts.
- Prepare for capital campaign.

- Manage development team.
- 5+ years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, public relations, communications, or marketing.
- Demonstrated success leading significant fundraising campaigns.
- Strong donor relations experience.
- CFRE certification preferred.
