• Assess patients and plan care within designated time frames, documenting findings according to policies.
• Supervise and lead shift activities, delegate tasks, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Monitor patient condition changes and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians as needed.
• Administer medication following hospital policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare, chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric patients preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
