X Low‑T Center is a leading provider of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are expanding our clinical offerings and remote care options, and we need a fitness‑conscious, wellness‑oriented mid‑level provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join our team.

Mid‑level providers work in partnership with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, and low libido. Key duties include:

• Conduct patient assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Employ proprietary protocols and programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist in training new staff and share best practices.

• MUST have an active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA license.
• Current Control Substance license.
• MUST be able to float our Arlington, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Alliance, and Southlake locations.
• Available to work 2 Saturdays (8 a.m.–12 p.m.) in a four‑week month and 3 Saturdays in a five‑week month, as well as 1–2 weekdays each week.
• Must be able to train Monday‑Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours.

$65 hourly for training and weekday shifts
$400 Saturday shift (4 hours only)

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Closed from 1 PM – 2 PM for lunch.
