Job Overview

Dialysis Registered Nurse at U.S. Renal Care – Fort Worth, TX. Full‑time, entry‑level position focused on delivering safe, high‑quality dialysis treatment.

• Provide direct patient care, including dialysis treatment, documentation, and physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders.
• Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) under the Charge Nurse’s supervision.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met at all times in accordance with state regulations and center staffing ratios.
• Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
