Job DescriptionWe are seeking dynamic and innovative Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age‑appropriate care under established protocols. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and independent decision‑making. Experience:
Preferred, with a strong background in fast‑paced clinical settings - Pediatric Assessment & Treatment:
At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care - Urgent Care Procedures:
Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid’s elbow - Licensing & Regulatory Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines (OSHA, CLIA) and maintaining a valid, unencumbered Texas RN license - Certification:
Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP‑BC, FNP‑BC) or NCCPA - PALS Certification:
Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
