Salarie Range: $89,900.00–$
This is a full‑time Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. position with no weekends or holidays. Travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth West region is required.

As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will support the DFW West nursing organization and help lead our care delivery across multiple sites.

The LTIP is an incentive program that typically vests over a three‑year period, tied to individual performance and organizational success. Awards are discretionary, reviewed annually, and are subject to continued employment through the award payment date.
Responsibilities- Ensure clinical operations align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with practice management and senior clinical leadership on operational projects.
- Support development of annual operating goals and budgets for assigned clinics or region.
- Facilitate implementation and use of outcomes data and evidence‑based practices.
- Implement standardized best practices across the organization.
- Ensure practice standards of care meet community standards.
- Incorporate clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards.
- Assess staffing levels, patient flow, and current clinical practices.
- Assist with company‑wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs.
- On‑board new nursing leaders and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders to secure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics or region.
- Maintain effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs within budget.
- Apply knowledge of labor laws, scheduling, vacations, sick leave, and overtime to coordinate staff.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN or MSN preferred.
- Active RN license in Texas (or the state of practice) with current registration.
- Minimum of 7 years of active nursing practice, with oncology experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- OCN certification required or to be obtained within the first 18 months of hire.
- Current CPR certification required.

Physical RequirementsRequires a large portion of time spent on computer‑based work, handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, standing, and walking for extended periods. May lift up to 40 lb. Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
