Double Weekends (7AM-11PM)

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop nursing diagnoses serving as basis for care strategy.
• Collaborates with resident and healthcare team.
• Records medication administration and changes in patient condition.
• Monitors assigned staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Follows procedures related to use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
