Job Overview
This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8-5 position with no weekends or holidays. Travel throughout the region is required. The role supports the DFW West nursing organization.

Nurse Manager (RN) Responsibilities- Ensure clinical operations and practice are consistent with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with practice management and senior clinical leadership on operational projects
- Support development of annual operating goals and budget for assigned clinics or region
- Facilitate implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence‑based practices
- Ensure practice standards of care are consistent with community standards
- Incorporate clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards
- Assess staffing levels and patient flow in the clinical setting
- Assist with development of company‑wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs
- On‑board new nursing leaders and foster their professional development
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics or region
- Maintain effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs within budgetary parameters
- Demonstrate working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedule employee staffing including vacations, sick leave and overtime
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN or MSN preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) state license and current registration with State Board of Nursing
- Minimum 7 years actively practicing as a RN, oncology experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification required or obtained within first 18 months of hire
- Current CPR certification required

Physical RequirementsLarge percent of time performing computer‑based work. Requires full range of body motion, handling and lifting patients and items up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
CompensationSalary range: $85,000.00 – $ (Fort Worth, TX).
