Weekend Charge LVN​/RN

As a Weekend Charge LVN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, while also leading and guiding our nursing staff on weekends. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatment procedures
• Assist with transferring patients, including ambulating and lifting
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Lead and guide the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
