Days
- Saturday through Monday (Consistent block schedule) Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This position supports patients recovering from neurological and other complex conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate care team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and documentation.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Current Texas RN license or multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Nursing degree/diploma required.
- Experience with neurological patients preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
