REPORTS TO:
Principal and Director of Special Education
QUALIFICATIONS:- Illinois Registered Nurse License
- PEL endorsed in school nursing with training to provide services in IEP meetings requiring medical plans and goals.
- An interest and/or experience in working with children in grades Pre-K through 8.
- Training and experience in managing diabetes plans.
- Excellent attention to details in the handling of medical records and the administration of doctor-prescribed medication to children.
- A strong commitment to professional excellence.
- The ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A willingness to participate in staff development opportunities.
School Year (9 1/2 months)
SALARY:Per WEA contract.
