We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Fort Worth, Texas location. As a CNA at Avir at Parkview, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients as they recover and heal.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide supportive care and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being
- Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Support and assist with transfers, ambulations, and other mobility-related activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, bend, and transfer patients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
