We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for permanent pediatric home-care nursing opportunities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
You'll provide individualized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Nurses with at least two years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply. Specialized skills training is available through the hiring organization.
Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per week. Available shifts and specific patient assignments vary by location.
What you'll do- Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Assess patients, monitor clinical status, and implement established care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide respiratory, feeding, and other skilled nursing care according to training and competency
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the clinical care team
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
- Support patient safety and continuity of care
- Current Texas RN license
- At least two years of nursing experience
- Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
- Strong nursing assessment and documentation skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing one-on-one care
- Willingness to complete patient-specific training
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Home health or private duty nursing experience
- Tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube experience
- Experience caring for medically complex patients
Specialized training is available. Prior pediatric or ventilator experience is not mandatory.
Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on case complexity
