Bright Star Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes across the Texas service area. The RN will perform Start of Care visits, ongoing assessments, wound care, lab draws, and care coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, CPR/BLS, a minimum of one year of nursing experience, and a valid driver’s license.
