Emergency Veterinarian – Thrive Pet Healthcare

Fort Worth, TX. Salary range: $–$.
You’ll provide excellent, in-the-moment care when patients need it most. You’ll triage and assess critical needs, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and oversee technicians executing these plans. You’ll perform surgeries, provide critical care, and maintain a high level of service for all patients in the emergency department. You’ll liaise with pet parents during a crisis, empathizing and partnering with them.
Experience & Skills Requirements- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree.
- State Veterinary Board License: active and in good standing within the state of intended employment; obtained before start date.
- Active DEA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience in emergency medicine, including work in a small‑animal rotating internship, strongly recommended.
