OverviewPerform a documented examination and verification of 1% of all logistics center job tasks/functions each day (receiving, put‑away, picking, and packing), audit quality standards documented by SOPs, record findings into the LC Audit database, communicate findings to LC management, and work with the onsite Training Specialist to determine root causes and assist in developing corrective training plans.
Responsibilities- Perform a documented examination and verification of 1% of all logistics center job tasks/functions each day.
- Audit focus on quality standards documented by SOPs.
- Record findings into the LC Audit database.
- Communicate findings to LC management.
- Work with the onsite Training Specialist to determine root causes and develop corrective training plans.
- Enter audit findings into the audit database and report findings to LC management.
- Maintain local files generated from each audit.
- Assist Training Specialist with functional training and MHE training.
- Participate in facility continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Effectively use relevant material handling equipment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Assimilate research data from diverse sources, analyze findings, and recommend actions.
- Execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Facilitate group interactions to achieve objectives.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
- Use relevant computer system applications (spreadsheets, word processors, databases) at an intermediate level.
- Recognize details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School/G.E.D.
- 2+ years logistics center experience.
- Experience using system applications to maintain logistics center functions.
- Equipment certification recommended.
- Working in a distribution center environment; remote field‑based position (note: position is on‑site).
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
