• Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Maintain lab safety, cleanliness, and equipment calibration.
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods; troubleshoot equipment and testing issues.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, deviation reports, and regulatory data.
• Train analysts and ensure compliance with quality control procedures, protocols, and specifications.
• Participate in audits, investigations, and quality assessments; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate testing with vendors and contract laboratories, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance. This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
