Who We Are:
Sky Trade is the planet's first air rights marketplace.
We work with large real estate companies, agents, brokers, individual homeowners, governments, and drone companies. We are building for crypto natives and traditional real estate owners. You need to be a chameleon and be able to context-switch without losing focus.
We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Developer to join our team s person must be able to execute, strategize, and get things done.
The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding air rights owners, developing strategic partnerships with real estate companies, agents, and brokers, and building relationships with stakeholders, including drone companies and commercial entities using drones for delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, finance, or a related field and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and hitting goals.
A deep network of real estate owners and related industry professionals is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:Onboard air rights owners, including real estate companies and homeowners, to create a robust supply of air rights parcels in specific geographic locations.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate companies, agents, and brokers to drive demand.Build relationships with stakeholders, including drone industry professionals and relevant parties.Leverage existing network and build new connections within the real estate industry, including HOAs, to expand our reach and influence.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the real estate sector.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.Requirements:
Curiosity.Proven experience in real estate, finance, or a related field, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.Experience working with real estate companies, agents, and brokers, or a strong understanding of the industry.Knowledge of the Dallas real estate market and its stakeholders.Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to Have:
