Assistant Property Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal, resident retention programs, and leasing report analysis.

• Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and rent posting.
• Inspect vacancies, prepare apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for violations, repairs, and landscaping needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking and climbing stairs.
• This role may require a valid driver’s license.
