We are seeking an experienced and detail - oriented Assistant Manager who oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the properties. This role ensures tenant satisfaction, property upkeep, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Assist in the daily management of the property to ensure they are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with company standards

Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or walk ins in a professionally and effectively way

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints, ensuring high tenant satisfaction

Accurately complete lease applications and other necessary paperwork

Ensure vacant units are market-ready and coordinate marketing efforts as needed

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs

Verify all new move-in packets following company standards

Coordinate move-in dates

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor properties

Assist with all resident activities and communication

Meet with new residents to insure satisfaction in their new apartment home

Assist in obtaining renewal of expiring leases within the specific time period
