Senior Property Manager

Ambo Properties is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Senior Floating Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities throughout the DFW Metroplex.

This is an opportunity for a strong Property Manager who is ready to step beyond managing one community and take on a bigger role, helping multiple properties succeed, supporting onsite teams, improving performance, and driving occupancy.

• Previous Property Management experience with a proven track record of success.
• Someone ready to take the next step into a senior-level, multi-site support role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and hold them accountable.
• Experience with Real Page and Knock CRM is required.
• Strong leasing, marketing, collections, and occupancy management skills.
• The ability to step into different communities, identify opportunities, solve problems, and get results.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a new challenge every day.
• Ability to travel between apartment communities throughout the DFW Metroplex.
