Join a team developing topical ophthalmic formulations. Support formulation design, solve manufacturing and stability challenges for solutions and emulsions, characterize materials and processes, and ensure high-quality documentation.

• Conduct experiments with limited supervision following GxP; highly detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and able to prioritize.
• Contribute to DOE development and collaborate with senior scientists.
• Analyze, summarize, and present data.
• Apply strong background in polymer, surface, or colloid chemistry to formulation and characterization work.
• Prepare, review, and approve batch records, protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Work independently under tight timelines.

• BS in chemistry, polymer/surface/colloid science, or related field.
• Chemical lab experience; ability to follow SOPs and instructions.

• MS/PhD in relevant fields.
• Experience with polymer solutions, emulsions, rheology, microscopy, and particle size analysis.
• Ophthalmic product development experience.
• Background in regulated industries (pharma/medical devices).
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
