Direct experience preparing development impact fee studies, housing nexus studies, or both for local governments.

Experience working with municipal staff and legal counsel to address technical review comments.
Clear technical writing and public presentation skills.
Experience supporting fee adoption and subsequent updates is preferred.
Submit your résumé and a brief summary of comparable studies. Identify the jurisdictions and states, study types, your responsibilities, and whether the studies supported adopted fee programs.
