• Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with customers, managers, and team members.
• Demonstrate teamwork.
• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Accept and process customer payments quickly and accurately in accordance with Genghis Grill cash handling policies.
• Follow company cash handling policies and procedures.
• Complete opening duties, shift, and closing duties.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Suggestively upsell when options exist for liquor or food items.
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintain the server stations ensuring they remain stocked throughout the shift.
• Ensure table maintenance throughout the dining experience.
• Fill in as needed to ensure a smooth experience for customers and team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately.
• Maintain valid state and local food handler and alcohol certifications.
• Adhere to all Genghis Grill policies and procedures.
• Advise Restaurant Manager/General Manager/Regional Director of any non‑routine situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Maintain all required state and local food and alcohol certifications.
• Available for a variety of openings, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays.

• Lift or carry up to 25 lb.
• Constant walking, standing, stooping, and reaching in any direction.
• Manual dexterity.
