As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality ingredients and prepare mouthwatering Mediterranean dishes for our patrons. If you have a flair for culinary creativity and a dedication to exceptional customer experiences, we want you on our team!

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare and present food in an appealing manner
• Maintain inventory levels and restock when needed
• Follow food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
