• Be at least 18 years of age.

As a Dishwasher, you keep the heartbeat of our scratch kitchen strong by making sure our team always has clean, ready-to-go tools to crush service. Fast-paced, team-driven, and essential — this is a role where your work truly matters.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
• Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
• Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
