The Retail Employee / Project Specialist Early Morning shifts is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order.

• Early morning shifts starting between 5am and 6am.
• A $2 per hour differential for shifts between 5:00 am and 7:00 am, performed unloading trucks and merchandising before opening.
• Additional shifts may be available in order processing, registers, sales, and other times including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

• Work merchandise processing during early morning or evenings (based on schedule), unloading trucks, lifting boxes, merchandising products, climbing ladders, and working at a safe but fast pace.
• Welcome and greet all customers as host at the front entrance or throughout the store.
• Connect with customers throughout the store, suggesting solutions to organizational challenges.
• Design and sell custom closets and other storage and organization solutions.
• Serve as a register person with a strong focus on providing a great customer experience during checkout.
• Introduce and enroll customers in the rewards program.
• Maintain the sales floor – keeping shelves full and presented according to brand standards.
• Support carry‑out to customer cars via curbside or parking lot/garages.
• Assist with cleaning routines around the store – dusting, restrooms, vacuuming.
• Process customers’ orders for curbside pick‑up and/or delivery.
• Organize the stockroom, ensuring it is well‑maintained to support selling efforts.
• Adhere to time expectations, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness, exhibiting pace and attention to detail.
• Actively engage with customers to solve their organizational challenges.

• Available for early morning shifts starting between 5am and 6am.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Understand that retail is an ever‑changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
