• Maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and recommend suitable equipment.
• Educate customers about our golf products and help them compare differences to make informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customers with valuable data during their in‑store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock when needed.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching frequently.
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates will also be considered).
