In this role, you serve as the bridge between suppliers and store shelves. Your merchandising work helps retailers maximize sales opportunities while ensuring products are visible, properly rotated, and attractively presented for shoppers.

• Building displays and end caps that draw shopper attention
• Resetting shelves with correct product rotation
• Tracking inventory to help stores and suppliers capture sales opportunities
• Collaborating with store management to meet shoppers' needs
• Maintaining a safety-first mindset in all retail activities

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work — bending, standing, and moving
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated mindset with a bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• No prior experience required — training and team support are provided
