- Lead the implementation of a patient-centric model involving physicians, clinics, and hospitals
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with Centers of Excellence, academic institutions, and health systems
- Serve as the authority on resources available to support healthcare providers advocating for rare disease patients
- Execute strategic business and account plans based on market conditions and brand strategies
- Provide educational support and high-level clinical education to healthcare providers managing patients with rare CAH disease
- BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
- Proven sales performance with quantifiable accomplishments in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech markets
- Experience with Salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and market access fundamentals
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Master’s degree preferred AND 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD AND 4+ years of experience
- Experience in rare diseases and previous market development experience
- Endocrine experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and interpret sales data for business opportunities
- Passion for patient and caregiver programs
