As an Account Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative technology and our clients’ success stories. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering powerful demos and closing deals. Your goal is simple: grow revenue while building strong, lasting client relationships. WhatYou’ll Do
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories or verticals.
- Partner with leadership to align on goals and growth strategies.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Management
- Conduct research to identify high‑potential clients and key decision‑makers.
- Use email, phone, and social media to build relationships and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date CRM (Hub Spot).
- Client Engagement
- Build trust‑based relationships with prospects through consultative selling.
- Deliver tailored product demos that highlight the value of Alpine IQ’s platform.
- Guide clients through the evaluation and onboarding process with transparency and care.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
- Manage all aspects of the contract process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track progress against goals and share insights with leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- 2–5 years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals end‑to‑end.
- Strong presentation skills—able to translate complex features into customer value.
- Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and driven by results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the cannabis, retail, or marketing tech industry.
- A passion for startups and high‑growth environments.
- Monthly demo and revenue targets achieved or exceeded.
- Consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, sequences).
- Pipeline health and CRM accuracy.
