We’re hiring high‑energy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are hungry to grow their careers in tech sales. This is a fast‑paced, on‑site role in Dallas
, ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a competitive environment and love connecting with people. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a crucial role in building a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Research prospects and tailor messaging to their industry, pain points, and priorities.
  • Manage your pipeline through CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain a high level of energy, positivity, and performance in a team‑oriented environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident on the phone and in person.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms is a plus.
  • Coachable, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
  • Based in Dallas or Fort Worth, with the ability to commute to the office daily.
