Vector Marketing is currently interviewing for part‑time sales positions with the opportunity to work more. Reps interact with customers, sell our American‑made Cutco products, set appointments, perform easy and fun presentations, and enter orders online. The role offers a great starting base pay that is not based on results, with the option to earn more based on commissions, paid weekly.

We sell Cutco products used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. Previous experience or knowledge about home goods or sales is not required; we provide all training needed for success.

Position Details

• Reps are paid weekly – base or commission, whichever is higher for that week.
• Base: $24.00 per appointment, not based on sales.
• Commission structure is performance‑based, not tenure‑based.
• There is a fallback for reps to earn an income even in an off week.

Solid Training – We have been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if you decide not to stay long‑term, the skills you build—sales, networking, and communication—are valuable in any field.

Flexible Scheduling – We help reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible; others work around winter break, full‑time jobs, vacations, classes, finals, or family obligations.

Location – Reps work locally after training. Training and meetings are held in the office.

Advancement – Rep who work long term (even part‑time) can move into management or career sales professional paths.

Basic Requirements

• Enjoy working with people.
• All ages eighteen plus or seventeen and a high school graduate.
• Conditions apply.
• Able to interview within the next 7–10 days.
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.

People who have done well with us in the past often come from other part‑time jobs—admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, or any other field. We welcome all applicants with a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
