Community Sales Manager

We're hiring a Community Sales Manager to drive new home sales in the DFW area. In this client‑facing role, you’ll guide buyers through the home buying journey, generate leads through referrals and marketing, and build strong relationships that continue post‑sale.

• Generate leads through community events, school functions, realtor outreach.
• Build relationships with realtors through events, office visits, and networking.
• Promote and follow up on homebuyer incentive programs with potential customers.
• Manage sales agreements, contracts, and customer change orders with accuracy.
• Use CRM tools to track and maintain your sales pipeline.
• Stay informed on competitors and continuously improve industry knowledge.
• Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity in all interactions.

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
• Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
• Computer literacy and proficiency with basic programs
• Working knowledge of new technology and social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Background check and drug test performed

Job Type: Full‑time, In‑person

Salary: $250,000+ per year
