Do you love working with people and educating them?
In this position you will make a difference every day by building long‑term relationships with current and potential clients through one‑on‑one visits, organized events, and phone prospecting. You will manage social media marketing efforts including Facebook, Pay‑Per‑Click, and Search Engine Optimization. Clients include schools, commercial property managers, maintenance and facility managers, fire departments, hospitals, apartment complexes, and churches.
We are looking for someone who thrives on putting deals together, appreciates people and is empathetic, reads people well, can win over the cooperation and friendship of others, enjoys developing relationships and making the sale, and then moves on to the next challenge.

- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.
- Participate in professional associations, host lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and promote continuing education courses.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and build new ones by educating them on why SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world.
- Compile and maintain decision‑maker information and identify “Target 25” (top 25 prospects to develop into clients).
- Provide one‑on‑one meetings (closing appointments) to owners and sales and marketing managers.
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding territory goals.
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible business‑to‑business sales experience.
- Proven track record with sales and marketing within the service sector.
- Strong business and financial background with a process‑and‑results‑driven attitude.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Competitive base salary plus activity‑based commission and increases based on merit. Expected annual earnings are $45,000 – $90,000.
