Luxury Sales Consultant – Park Hill Portraits

Join our polished, woman‑owned luxury portrait studio to lead in‑person consultative sales. This full‑time role operates on a 3‑day/week schedule with 12‑hour days, delivering top earnings and a warm client pipeline.

Base Pay Range

$90,000 – $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clients through an emotion‑based design consultation.
  • Present stunning portraiture and help them select artwork that honors their story.
  • Use a consultative script to guide decisions with confidence.
  • Work pre‑set, in‑studio appointments; no cold calls or lead chasing.
  • Achieve an average sale of $1,200+, completing on average 8 appointments per day.
  • Close each appointment with no follow‑ups required.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2C luxury, high‑ticket, or commission‑based sales experience.
  • Exceptional listening skill with high emotional intelligence and warm presence.
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Expert‑level negotiation, objection handling, and active listening.
  • Ability to sell from a script while staying natural and conversational.
  • Willingness to follow a proven process and continuously improve.

Note:

Only candidates with a history of consultative, in‑person B2C selling will be considered.
