Luxury Sales Consultant – Park Hill Portraits
Join our polished, woman‑owned luxury portrait studio to lead in‑person consultative sales. This full‑time role operates on a 3‑day/week schedule with 12‑hour days, delivering top earnings and a warm client pipeline.
Base Pay Range$90,000 – $110,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Lead clients through an emotion‑based design consultation.
- Present stunning portraiture and help them select artwork that honors their story.
- Use a consultative script to guide decisions with confidence.
- Work pre‑set, in‑studio appointments; no cold calls or lead chasing.
- Achieve an average sale of $1,200+, completing on average 8 appointments per day.
- Close each appointment with no follow‑ups required.
- 2+ years of B2C luxury, high‑ticket, or commission‑based sales experience.
- Exceptional listening skill with high emotional intelligence and warm presence.
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Expert‑level negotiation, objection handling, and active listening.
- Ability to sell from a script while staying natural and conversational.
- Willingness to follow a proven process and continuously improve.
Note:
Only candidates with a history of consultative, in‑person B2C selling will be considered.
- Base hourly pay + commission.
