An agency representing an established telecommunications provider is currently seeking one Telecoms Sales Assistant to support face-to-face, business-to-business sales activity with local companies across Fort Worth.
This is an in-person role focused on professional conversations with business owners and decision-makers. The emphasis is on understanding how a business currently communicates, identifying gaps, and introducing solutions that make commercial sense.
About the RoleThe Telecoms Sales Assistant supports the early stages of the B2B sales process. You’ll engage businesses directly, ask the right questions, and help identify whether services such as connectivity, voice, or data solutions could improve their operations.
This is not a call-center role and not retail sales. It’s consultative, structured, and built around credibility rather than pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing- Speaking with local businesses about their current telecom and connectivity setup
- Holding professional conversations to understand operational needs and challenges
- Explaining telecom solutions in clear, business-focused terms
- Identifying qualified interest and supporting opportunity development
- Working alongside senior sales team members on lead progression
- Representing the client with professionalism and consistency
Paid weekly. Earnings include a base level of pay with commission and performance bonuses available. Most people working a full schedule earn around 700–900 per week, depending on performance.
Full training is provided before starting, with ongoing coaching and support.
LocationThis is an on-site, in-person role, working directly with businesses in the Fort Worth area.
