The Selling Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves customers in-store and digitally, providing knowledgeable guidance on fashion and trends.
Responsibilities- Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients in person and remotely.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Grow individual productivity through client outreach, wardrobing, and effective technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive store traffic.
- Collaborate to create a positive work environment.
- Fashion, styling, and fashion retail experience.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology.
- Commission sales experience.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
