The Brand Ambassador cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. This onsite role uses styling expertise, brand knowledge, and digital tools to drive sales and provide a personalized customer experience.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, and omnichannel inventory to serve in-person and remote clients.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and effective use of technology.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
- Collaborate to create a positive work environment.
- Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience selling to clients using technology and digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
