Role:
The Health Systems Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans targeting private equity, top large urology groups, IDNs, academic institutions, and healthcare systems to support CG Oncology's bladder cancer therapies. Objectives include identifying business opportunities, stakeholder engagement, demand generation, and patient access optimization. Responsibilities encompass managing large geographies, facilitating senior-level engagements, aligning account strategies with corporate goals, and collaborating cross-functionally across medical, market access, and commercial teams.
The role involves developing customer-specific strategies, building long-term relationships, and informing market insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of biopharmaceutical or medical device experience, including 2-3 years in Uro-Oncology or related fields; proven success with hospital systems, IDNs, and healthcare ecosystems; and extensive stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, deep knowledge of hospital workflows, and established relationships with key decision makers.
