Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product for hypertension, focusing on educating healthcare providers, building relationships, and driving product adoption.
- Developing a comprehensive territory business plan
- Executing sales strategies
- Analyzing market trends
- Maintaining CRM documentation
- Customer engagement through strategic call planning, delivering clinical data, and addressing access barriers
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Reimbursement, Marketing, and Field Operations to support customer needs and share market insights
- Ensuring compliance, integrity, and ethical conduct
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience (preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty sales)
- Prior launch experience is advantageous
- Strong clinical acumen
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
The position involves up to 60% travel, operates remotely, and offers a salary range of $130,000 to $165,000, with benefits and incentive plans contingent on performance.
