The Territory Manager drives the launch and growth of Mineralys' first commercial product for hypertension, focusing on educating healthcare providers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Developing territory plans

- Ensuring compliant customer engagement
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing and reimbursement
- Supporting regional initiatives and providing market insights
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
- Preference for specialty sales (cardiometabolic) and launch experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong clinical and scientific communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
- Up to 60% travel, and fully remote, based within the US
- High-value specifics include focus on hypertension and related comorbidities, biologic or small molecule modalities, and working within a regulatory-compliant, customer-centric sales environment
