The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personalized style guidance. This onsite role serves customers in-store and digitally, using technology and fashion expertise to drive sales and client engagement.
Responsibilities- Provide customer-centric service and demonstrate styling, product, and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, social media, and inventory resources to connect with clients and drive sales.
- Achieve sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and effective business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, or fashion retail experience, including commission sales experience.
- Experience using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals and flexibility to work a varied schedule.
