United RV Center is looking for a motivated, professional Sales Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. We are a family-owned RV dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and a large selection of new and pre-owned RVs.
As a Sales Specialist, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend the right RV, and guide them through the purchase process from initial contact through delivery.
What you’ll do:- Work with customers in person, by phone, text, and online
- Build relationships and follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Learn our RV inventory and confidently present features, benefits, and pricing
- Conduct RV walk-throughs and product demonstrations
- Work with customers to find the RV that best fits their needs and budget
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions
- Deliver a professional customer experience from first contact through delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable asking for the sale and following up with customers
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to learn RV products and financing concepts
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work weekends and a dealership schedule
- Large inventory and strong customer traffic
- Supportive management team
