- Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to connect our agency with local families and small business owners in the Fort Worth area.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our office at community gatherings, local business mixers, and charity events.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients and follow up with interested parties in a timely, personal manner.
- Collaborate with Stefani to refine our marketing materials and digital presence to ensure our message resonates with the community.
- Track the success of various marketing initiatives to help us understand what truly helps us grow.
- Professional experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales development.
- Strong comfort level with conducting outbound outreach and networking in the local community.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital organizational tools.
- Previous experience working within an insurance or financial services office is beneficial but not required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
