Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven US IT Staffing Sales Professional with 10+ years of experience in new client acquisition, business development, deal closures, and strategic account management.

• Drive new business acquisition and onboard direct clients across the US market.
• Identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and independently close staffing deals.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue and profitability.
• Negotiate MSAs, commercials, and staffing agreements.
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful client fulfillment.
• Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and gross margin performance.

• 10+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Sales & Business Development

• Strong track record in new logo acquisition and direct client onboarding
  .
• Established network of US clients and key decision-makers.
• Experience in contract staffing, C2C, W2, MSP/VMS, and permanent staffing models.
• Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and deal-closing capabilities.
• A hunter mindset with the ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities.
