We're hiring an Alliances Director to turn a Salesforce partnership into consistent, measurable pipeline. You'll own the relationships with Salesforce field leadership, build the co-sell plays that get a specialist partner pulled into deals, and report to the head of sales.
Our client is a remote Salesforce consulting partner focused on revenue management for recurring-revenue businesses. They already hold a top partner tier and have a strong delivery reputation. This role is about making sure the Salesforce field knows exactly when to bring them in.
Expect up to 50% travel in peak periods, mostly around Salesforce planning cycles and major ecosystem events.
What You'll Do- Build trusted relationships with Salesforce AVPs, RVPs, account executives, CSMs, and cloud leaders
- Design partner maps and repeatable co-sell plays the field can actually run
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across Strategic, Enterprise, Growth, and Commercial segments
- Manage partner tier standing, the partner account manager relationship, and the certification investment that supports it
- Keep a close read on competing systems integrators and sharpen how the firm stands apart
- Lead the partner-facing commercial pod, including channel marketing
- Work with sales and offerings teams on account strategy and positioning
- Give revenue leadership a straight answer on partner pipeline health and what the field is saying
- 8+ years in alliances, channel, or partner roles, ideally at a Salesforce SI or consulting firm
- A track record of converting Salesforce relationships into co-sell pipeline you can point to
- Working knowledge of how the Salesforce partner program runs: tiers, certifications, partner account managers, and the Partner Community
- Experience leading a channel or partner marketing function against commercial targets
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash and how SI partners differentiate in that space
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort operating without much oversight
- Willing to travel up to 50% during peak periods
You'd be the person who defines how a respected specialist partner shows up in the Salesforce ecosystem, with direct access to sales leadership and a team behind you. The culture is people-first, fully remote, and built around mentorship and continuous learning.
If you know the Salesforce field well and want a partner story worth selling, this is it.
