• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager and clients.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures. Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting and some computer work.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Multitask ability.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military, concierge or AA/BA related).
