Garda World Security Services is looking for Supervisors to fulfill different assignments for our clients.

• Set schedule:
  We are hiring shift supervisors on multiple schedules (morning, afternoon, and overnight). Specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Ensure that Garda World Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.
• Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard.
• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between Garda World, our client, and our assigned staff.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• You have a state license if required.
