• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Screen individuals, packages and/or materials entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors and delivery personnel during screening.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations and actions.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Will be subject to drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
